Medical Mentoring Program for 2 positions

The Palestine Red Crescent in Lebanon (PRCS) is
looking for an experienced Covid-19 ICU medical Doctor to work as a mentor for two
medical colleagues at the newly opened COVID-19 ICU ward in PRCS Safad Hospital
in Tripoli and to the existing operating (March 2020) in Hamshary Hospital in
Saida .

The mentor will support and maintain the qualified
knowledge transfer by assuring that medical protocols and standards are available
understood, and implemented. As a mentor, you will facilitate the understanding
to the mentees about in-depth monitoring and quality patient care to
individuals who are placed in intensive care for a compromised respiratory
system, have complicated post-op needs, multisystem organ failure, or if their
health is significantly compromised for some other reason. In addition to
monitoring patient conditions, you assist with patient and family education.
Once a patient becomes non-critical, you support your mentees to coordinate the
continuation of their care in a different unit of the hospital, unless they
have recovered enough to coordinate their immediate discharge.
