- Raising awareness & promoting integration at all levels, particularly in schools, universities, and the workplace.

- Providing financially needy families with various treatments, testing, training, and therapy services at the AUBMC Special Kids Clinic

- Supporting research in neurodevelopmental disorders at the Neurogenetics Program at AUBMC.

Coordinator

Job

The Coordinator will play a central role in overseeing all aspects of board, committee, and sub-committee meetings, encompassing scheduling, communication, and venue coordination. They will assume responsibility for minute-taking during meetings, providing comprehensive summaries of proceedings and action items to the NGO Manager. The Coordinator will be tasked with drafting content for the organization's newsletter and written materials, subject to review by the NGO Manager.

Program Manager

Job

The Program Manager (PM) is expected to take the lead on managing, coordinating, and monitoring all activities of OpenMinds. Besides leading the overall organizational leadership and management, they are expected to oversee the fundraising activities of the organization to increase funding for OpenMinds’ objectives. The PM will coordinate with all heads of committees the workflow for each committee to insure proper implementation and execution of agreed plans. The PM will be primarily reporting to the President but will have a dotted line reporting to different heads of committees as well.
