- University degree in human resources, business administration or any related field.
- Two years of practical experience in this field within civil society institutions.
- Holds certificates of participation in a number of related training courses.
- Skills in writing reports and analyzing results.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
