NRC INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR BACK UP SYSTEMS FOR UNRWA CLINIC IN NAHR EL BARED CAMP – NORTH LEBANON Ref: 23-NOR-0002
1. TENDER PURPOSE:
As part of NRC’s Shelter WASH Program currently being implemented in the North Lebanon, an agreement was reached between UNRWA to support existing healthcare center in Nahr El Bared camp, and part of that said improvement NRC aims to contract a supplier to install a PV back up system alongside with batteries, inverters and earthing in clinic to accommodate for the continuous blackouts and poor power supply. A project funded by SIDA.

3. TENDER PROCESS and SUBMISSION.
Deadline for bid submission is 28.03.2023 - 14:00 Beirut time.
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box web site - the link is included in the file 0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in separate designated fields, otherwise your offer will be disqualified.
After successful bid submission you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the eTB system. If you need to re-submit your offer, please add #2 after Company name and only the latest submission will be considered.

4. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS
- Closing date for requesting the Tender Pack is 20 March 2023 at 14:00 promptly
- Mandatory site visit for all interested contractors is on 22 March 2023 at 12:00.
- Closing date for submitting bids is 28 March 2023 at 14:00.
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
