NRC: INVITATION TO TENDER SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 80 SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN SARAFAND – SOUTH LEBANON CONTRACT REF : 23-SOU-0011 - PR 8300800
TENDER PURPOSE:
Funded by the KFW Development Bank, NRC is willing to assist in increasing security, and safety levels, in addition to good access in the village’s neighborhoods.
As part of NRC’s Wash Program currently being implemented in the South region of south Lebanon, NRC is seeking to engage a contractor for provision and installation of 80 solar streetlights in Sarafand village.
How to apply
ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible bidders are:
- Companies registered in the Ministry of Finance where a copy of the Commercial /VAT / Ministry of Finance registrations is to be provided with bidding documents.
- Required Experience: At least two successfully handed over projects similar in nature and complexity as the prime contractor in the last three years.

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to [email protected] at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
NRC will follow the two envelopes process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the above submission instructions will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).

Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in separate designated fields, otherwise, your offer will be disqualified.
