3. The deadline for offer submission is 10-July-2023 

4. Clarifications are only permitted until 01 July 2023 and should be directed  to the Procurement Authority at [email protected]

5. Bids submission instructions are clearly mentioned in the RfQ

6. Costs: The Bidder shall bear all costs related to the preparation and/or submission of the Bid, regardless of whether its Bid was selected or not. Norwegian red cross shall in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the selection process.
