  1. Lead discussions with the Steering Committee
  • Schedule meetings and lead discussions with the Steering Committee
  • Draft action plan with Steering Committee approval, guidance, and oversight
  • Ensure program targets and deliverables are met within a realistic timeframe and based on SMART objectives
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including goals, timelines, and deliverables.

 

2. Coordinate With and Between Stakeholders

Follow up closely with all stakeholders to ensure all elements are progressing according to plan, including with:

  • Steering Committee
  • Platform design and development team
  • Communications and digital marketing agency
  • TWG members
  • Employers and potential platform users

 

3. Conduct Market Research

  • Lead on market research to explore similar services locally, regionally and globally
  • Document key features to include in the platform
  • Outline key differences between our platform and other existing ones to identify our added value and to communicate our edge 
  • Hold and lead focus group discussions with users (potential employers and companies) to gain insights about their needs, expectations, key needed features to make it useful and user-friendly

 

4. Platform Design and Development

  • With the support of the Steering Committee, develop a user journey to inform the design of the platform
  • With the support of the Steering Committee, develop the specs and key expected tasks and deliverables of the design and development team
  • With the support of the Steering Committee, perform a cost, resource, and timeline estimation to design, develop, test, and release the Software
  • Coordinate with the Nawaya Procurement team to launch a call for proposals to identify and hire a design and development team
  • Coordinate closely with the design and development team 
  1. Monitor development progress and address any issues or roadblocks
  2. Ensure integration of data analytics to understand types of companies, locations, types of vacancies
  • Collaborate with designers to create an intuitive and visually appealing platform
  • Prioritize user-centered design principles to enhance user experience
  • When possible, make use of generative AI assistance (e.g., Chat GPT) to innovate on those tasks

 

5. Branding, Communications, and Marketing

  • Work closely with the Steering Committee to develop a key storyline to communicate about “Brand Lebanon”
  • Coordinate with the Nawaya Procurement team to launch a call for proposals to identify and hire a digital marketing team to lead on comms and marketing 
  • Coordinate closely with the digital marketing team on their strategy and implementation plan 
  • Ensure communications, branding, design material, and marketing plan are completed / launched by agreed upon deadline
  • Develop process to efficiently and continuously inform clients, employers, and stakeholders of release updates
  • Follow up closely on and lead on the development of a consolidated database of interested local and international employers

 

6. Coordinate with TWG Members

  • Reach out to TWG members to persuade them to be early adopters and to use the platform as a service for employing their candidates
  • Identify key focal points from each TWG member and maintain close communication with them 
  • Put together coordination workflow with all TWG partners to streamline communication during requests for CVs and introductions to employers

 

7. Document Challenges and Feedback from Users

  • Document all issues, challenges, glitches related to platform 
  • Document and compile feedback from TWG members and users to further improve platform 

 

8. Manage Budget

  • Manage entire budget related to design, development, branding, and marketing of platform 
  • Ensure availability of all supporting documents (calls for proposals, procurement selection documents, contracts, invoices, receipts, etc)
  • Ensure close tracking of spending and make sure there is no overspending of any budget line

 

Experience:

At least two years work experience in project coordination / project management
