Established more than 45 years ago by the leaders of the U.S. courts to deliver on the promise of Equal Justice Under Law, today, NCSC provides technical assistance, training, and technology to advance justice systems and services and strengthen rule of law. NCSC is active across the 50 U.S. states and around the world through its International Programs Division. With decades of experience, NCSC is a trusted partner for the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL), and of USAID. NCSC is a leader in records management innovation and modernization f archive systems in the U.S. and internationally, with prior experience supporting the Lebanese judiciary in improving case processing and records management.

The National Center for State Courts is accepting applications for the position of Finance & Procurement Officer under the “Court Archiving” Project in Lebanon, funded by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement. This is a three-year project that seeks to improve fairness, effectiveness, and timeliness in the administration of justice in Lebanon by developing physical and electronic records management systems to be implemented at the Beirut Palace of Justice and building the capacity of judicial personnel to use, maintain, and expand these system.
