- Deal directly with members either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Assist individuals who are applying for membership, provide information according to AlRiaya’s policies and procedures
- Obtain and examine supporting documents to determine their acceptability for membership
- Set up and manage member/group accounts (create, edit, scan, filing, …)
- Renewal for groups
- Issue membership cards and generate reports (statements, schedule, cash register, …)
- Handle, resolve or escalate member/group complaints
- Handle cash, credit or check transactions with members/groups
- Issue receipts for members/groups
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure amounts are correct
