Job Description
 
Key Responsibilities:

Training

Planning
Preparation
Delivery
Evaluation
Documentation

Personal Development

Meet regularly for supervision
Identify personal training and development needs

Teamwork

Support the training and development of others in the team
Seek to resolve any conflict in the team as effectively as possible
Support youth leader in organizing and reporting on the field.
Coordinate field activities

 Important Requirements:
1- Working hours (6 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm)
2- Own a car (Car is a must)
3- Working place in Beirut, Saida, Tyre, Nabatieh, Bikaa...
4- Ability to work under pressure

الوظيفة: مشرف ميداني ولوجستي على مشروع التدريب
المهام الأساسية: توفير الإحتياجات المطلوبة للمحاضرات والدورات التدريبية و تنظيم المكان والإهتمام بالمستفيدين و تقديم تقارير العمل اسبوعياً
ظروف العمل:
1-      يستطيع العمل 8 ساعات يومياً و أحيانا العمل من الساعة 12:00 حتى 8:00 مساءً
2-      يستطيع العمل 6 أيام اسبوعياً مع إجازة سنوية
3-      يمتلك سيارة خاصة به
4-      يستطيع العمل في اماكن مشاريع المؤسسة و يتوزع العمل في اربعة مناطق بيروت، صيدا، صور او النبطية
5-      يمتلك نهارات الكمبيوتر
6-      تاريخ البدء بالعمل في 15 كانون ثاني 2016
الشهادات العلمية والخبرات:
بكلوريا لبنانية او اجازة جامعية والخبرة غير ضرورية
