Facilitators Duties:

1. Session Planning and Preparation

Collaborate with the organizing team to understand event objectives, agenda, and participant profiles.

Design and plan interactive sessions that align with event goals.

Conduct pre-event preparations, including preparing materials, discussion points, and activities.

2. Facilitation of Sessions

Conduct Social Emotional Learning sessions, LEGO activities, and play-based learning inside the shelters.

Facilitate engaging and inclusive sessions during each event.

Moderate discussions, manage time effectively, and ensure all participants have an opportunity to contribute safely and freely.

Adapt facilitation style and approach based on the dynamics and needs of each event.

Encourage participant interaction, feedback, and reflection throughout the events.

3. Post-Event Activities

Deliver a facilitation plan outlining session objectives, activities, and timeline.

Prepare a summary report or insights gathered from participant discussions.

4. Required Qualifications

Proven experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, or events related to the situation issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage group dynamics and create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Familiarity with interactive facilitation techniques and tools.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each event.
