Location: Furn El Chebbak, Mount Lebanon (with occasional outreach and field work in North, Mount Lebanon, Beirut, South, and Bekaa regions)

Project Overview:
"Breaking Barriers" caters to LBTQ individuals in Lebanon, offering solutions against challenges such as discrimination, marginalization, and gender-based violence. Our initiative includes case management, psychosocial support, legal aid, and counseling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Group Sessions: Lead psychosocial group sessions, emphasizing resilience, coping, and interpersonal relationship building.
- Collaborate: Join hands with therapists and other professionals to provide all-inclusive care.
- Ensure Confidentiality: Uphold the confidentiality of all group session details.
- Report: Regularly update on the progress and outcomes of the sessions.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology.
- At least 3 years' experience in group therapy or counseling, especially within LGBTIQ or human rights/gender equality contexts.
- Familiarity with diverse group therapeutic methods.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Profound commitment to MOSAIC's vision and the well-being of the LGBTIQ community.
