Min ila is a civil, independent and non-governmental organization founded in Lebanon on September 2013. Min ila envisions a society with active, empowered and alerted citizens capable of creating a social change. Its mission is to empower citizens – especially the youth and the marginalized – through fostering civic education, promoting a culture of social responsibility and nurturing an engagement to the nation. 
Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
This position requires working with team members in a regular office environment (Jnah, Beirut) with occasional field visits. 
Job Summary:
Min ila seeks a dynamic, motivated and committed person looking for an internship opportunity in the field of project administration and management with a newly established local NGO. This internship is an excellent opportunity to provide on hand experience and knowledge in various aspects of work related to the fields listed above.
Job Responsibility:
1. Assist in the updating of the Policies and Procedures manual.
2. Assist in creating a contacts database. 
3. Handles all procurement related maters, including purchase requests, purchase orders, bids, and collection of invoices, making sure that goods were received according to request.
4. Assist in the management of the petty cash and the operational cash account in accordance with cash management procedures.
5. Assist in conducting research in the fields of civic education, citizenship, NGOs, innovation, etc.
6. Assist in writing project documents: concept notes, meeting reports, letters to partners, etc.
7. Assist in the creation and maintenance of the filing system. 
8. Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, events, etc. 
9. Provide all administrative support to the Project Manager and to the team.
Academic and Technical Competencies:
1. Experience: Not required but it is a plus.
2. Completed a bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields: Public Administration, Business, Economics, Public Relations, Social Sciences, etc.
3. Excellent communications skills (Oral and written).
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Good knowledge of languages (Arabic, English and French is a plus).
6. Good knowledge in IT (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Personal Competencies:
1. Interest and knowledge in the development field.
2. Creative and innovative mindset.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
4. Able to prioritize work, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
