List of Duties:

• Develop strong working relationships with the local authorities and stakeholders in the project’s areas and regions.
• Develop a fieldwork activity plan.
• Develop work plans, reports including shared field reports and bi-weekly reports 
• Develop the following tasks:
• Data entry of all conducted surveys on the Tahaki Application
• Data entry on Excel database 
• Data extrapolation and analysis
• Presentation preparation 
• Reporting the findings in a presentation to the manager. Ensure proper implementation of project activities following the project’s work plan.
• Maintain regular contact with municipalities and communities participating in the implementation of the PSL Project.
• Conduct site visits regularly to report on activity progress and assist in resolving issues and monitoring progress in the field.
• Follow up on logistics, documentation, and other paperwork needed by the activity fund team, as requested by the Operations Manager.
• Assist the Operations Manager in market research to properly price bills of quantity and develop procurement requests and budgets.
• Research to support the proposed intervention.
• Provide updates on program activities and respond to requests for information.
• Follow up with project partners when needed after approval.
• Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
