Emergency And Relief Officer
Duties, responsabilities
1.planning and coordination of humanitarian and emergency activities
2.writing emergency development plans and proposals
3.Liaise with different funding agencies to ensure funding for projects to be implemented
4.coordinate with other agencies in the project location , including attending working group meetings
5. Submit progress reports pertaining to projects implemented
Key competencies
1. Experience in monitoring and program reporting
2.Ability to plan and prioritize own work
3. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent activities
4.Ability to establish effective working relations in a multi cultural, multi ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity
5. Proven analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
6. Ability and willingness to perform field trips
