Description: 

Oversees project activities to ensure alignment with established plans and organizational goals.
• Evaluates project proposals for alignment with organizational objectives and feasibility and propose amendments when needed.
• Designs and maintains updated records to meet pre-requisite of the donor and Makassed supervisor.
• Submits comprehensive reports on project implementation, progress, and development to relevant organizations.
• Coordinates with all concerned parties, including the Ward El Makassed Center and the Vocational Training Center, to foster overall project development and seamless implementation.
• Initiates and coordinates with related in-house departments for platforms and related posts.
• Ensures proper operational, financial, and administrative management in accordance with the Project Document and agreements with donor agencies/partners.
• Facilitates coordination among project teams to efficiently implement amendments and ensures alignment with plans and activities.

Monitors project progress, including the performance of assigned groups, adherence to the project budget, and timely project completion.
• Coordinates with the Monitoring and Evaluation officer to maintain updated records, write reports, and interpret data accurately.
• Identifies and addresses conflicts that may arise during project implementation, and coordinates with team members and stakeholders to find amicable solutions.
• Develops and implements robust emergency response plans, ensures swift and effective coordination of resources and personnel during unforeseen crises or emergencies.

Collaborates closely with relevant stakeholders to enhance the organization's resilience and capacity to address urgent situations.
• Works closely with the communication officer throughout the project to ensure media coverage of all activities while strategically enhancing the organization's visibility.
• Keeps the team updated on relevant changes that may impact project implementation.
• Stays informed about sector-specific trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on industry developments that may impact project objectives and activities.
