    • Conduct engaging and accessible training sessions on financial literacy, adapting teaching methods to suit various learning styles.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
    • Provide individual assistance to participants who may require additional guidance.
    • Encourage open communication and address participant questions and concerns.:
    • Develop and administer quizzes, tests, and practical exercises to assess participants' understanding and progress.
    • Provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement.:
    • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, assessments, and feedback.
    • Generate reports on the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills in Arabic, ensuring clarity and understanding.
    • Encourage open dialogue and active participation among participants.
    • Adapt training content and methods to the diverse needs of the participants.
    • Stay informed about changes in financial practices and incorporate relevant updates into training.
    • Demonstrate punctuality and professionalism in all training sessions.
    • Effectively manage training schedules, ensuring timely completion of all outlined competencies.
    • Collaborate with other trainers and relevant stakeholders to enhance the overall training experience.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of training programs.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in financial literacy education.
    • Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance training skills.
    • Update training materials, ensuring they align with the outlined financial literacy competencies.

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. •Proven experience as a financial literacy trainer, preferably with youth. •Fluent in Arabic with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of financial concepts, taxation, and personal budgeting. Ability to teach complex financial topics in a clear and accessible manner. Patience and adaptability in working with diverse groups of learners. Relevant certifications in financial education are a plus.
