Trainer for Conflict Sensitivity Workshops

The purpose of LHIF is to help our members undertake their humanitarian work more efficiently and effectively through coordination, advocacy, representation and information sharing. LHIF works with its members to develop common positions and present a unified voice to influence policy and decision-making. LHIF is administratively hosted by the Danish Refugee Council and funded by ECHO.

The overall purpose of the Terms of Reference for the LHIF Training is:

To conduct training on Conflict Sensitivity for both field level and program- management staff. To conduct five-days of trainings in total in three different locations (Beirut, Zahle, and Tripoli) by the end of November and beginning of December. To conduct the training in Arabic and English. Details regarding the requested proposal are in RFP Annex A: Terms of Reference.
