Theater Play On The Rights Of Disabled Children

Disabled Children in Lebanon are facing prejudice and exclusion every day of their lives and are constantly confronted by the image that our society portrays of them. They are seen as dependent, Unproductive, and disadvantaged persons.

Thus, loyal to its beliefs, LWAH strives to create new methods and approaches to induce a nationwide positive impact towards disability.
Accordingly, came along the idea of this theatre play aiming at disseminating awareness on disabled children s rights, expanding knowledge and changing attitudes and behaviors. It focuses on the right of children with disabilities to accessibility, social inclusion; their right not to be discriminated against on the grounds of their handicap.
