Graphic Designer

Duties and Responsibilities
 
- Develop concepts and graphics for LWAH’s programs, fundraisers, projects and services promotion
- Design all LWAH digital and printing materials, including LWAH’s brochures, flyers, annual reports, event materials, promotional videos, etc…
- Handle all necessary amendments and apply changes as discussed with LWAH management and in line with the initial concept
- Provide photo editing service when applicable
- Liaise with LWAH’s photographers and videographers for material usage in LWAH designs
- Proofreading, along with other team members, to produce accurate, high quality work
- Prepare files for external printers and advise on size and arrangements of illustrative and design materials   
- Maintain track of design production and follow up with management and external printers when necessary
- Ensure materials or timely and as approved with regards to quality and design
 
Skills and Qualifications
 
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
- Excellent skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and video editing and animation
- 3 years experience, experience working in civil society organizations is a plus
- Creativity, innovation and flexibility, with excellent communication skills
