Training Objectives:
- Introduce participants to the fundamentals of digital marketing.
- Build skills in social media marketing, content creation, and online branding.
- Guide participants in setting up basic digital tools (e.g., Facebook pages, Instagram shops, WhatsApp Business).
- Provide strategies for promoting home-based or micro-businesses with limited resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a simple, interactive, and culturally appropriate training curriculum.
- Deliver 3 half-day sessions (in Arabic) to women in rural areas.
- Use hands-on activities and practical examples relevant to local businesses.
- Provide handouts or materials the participants can refer to after the training.
- Submit a brief report summarizing the training content and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience delivering community-based or grassroots trainings.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Ability to simplify concepts for beginners with limited digital literacy.
- Experience working with women or in rural development projects is a strong asset.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
- Must be legally registered in Lebanon and able to issue official invoices and receipts with TVA (VAT).
