Job Description:

Training Objectives:

  • Introduce participants to the fundamentals of digital marketing.
  • Build skills in social media marketing, content creation, and online branding.
  • Guide participants in setting up basic digital tools (e.g., Facebook pages, Instagram shops, WhatsApp Business).
  • Provide strategies for promoting home-based or micro-businesses with limited resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a simple, interactive, and culturally appropriate training curriculum.
  • Deliver 3 half-day sessions (in Arabic) to women in rural areas.
  • Use hands-on activities and practical examples relevant to local businesses.
  • Provide handouts or materials the participants can refer to after the training.
  • Submit a brief report summarizing the training content and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience delivering community-based or grassroots trainings.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Ability to simplify concepts for beginners with limited digital literacy.
  • Experience working with women or in rural development projects is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
  • Must be legally registered in Lebanon and able to issue official invoices and receipts with TVA (VAT).
