Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Identify and research potential donors, including foundations, corporations, and international agencies.
  • Draft compelling concept notes, grant proposals, and fundraising materials.
  • Provide support in cultivating relationships with new and existing donors.
  • Advise on fundraising events or campaigns, including digital and community-based initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising outcomes and progress.
  • Build internal capacity by providing guidance or short trainings to team members, if needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven track record in fundraising for NGOs or civil society organizations, especially in Lebanon or the MENA region.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of donor landscape and funding mechanisms relevant to Lebanon.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must be officially registered as a consultant/company and able to issue official invoices and receipts with TVA.
  • Familiarity with donor compliance, budgeting, and reporting standards.

Contract Type: Consultancy contract.
Remuneration: Based on experience and qualifications.
