LOST is seeking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager.

Position Summary:

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management within the organization, ensuring that products, services, and processes meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This includes developing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and leading cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives. The QA Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding product integrity, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality System Management
    • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in line with ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other relevant standards.
    • Ensure consistent application of QA policies and procedures across all departments.
    • Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and certifications.
  • Process & Product Quality Control
    • Monitor production and service delivery processes to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
    • Analyze quality data and trends to support continuous improvement.
  • Audits & Compliance
    • Lead internal audits and facilitate third-party or regulatory inspections.
    • Ensure compliance with national and international quality and safety regulations.
    • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommended actions.
  • Team Management & Training
    • Supervise QA staff and build capacity through coaching and training.
    • Conduct regular training for employees on quality standards and best practices.
    • Foster a culture of quality awareness across the organization.
  • Customer & Supplier Quality
    • Address customer complaints and ensure appropriate quality-related resolutions.
    • Work with suppliers to ensure raw material and service quality standards are met.
 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in quality assurance.
  • Industry Experience: Knowledge of relevant industry (e.g., food, pharma, manufacturing, agriculture, services) standards and processes.
 

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards (ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
