The Studies and Research Center of the Lebanese Association for Scientific Research (SRC-LASeR) formally invites interested bidders to participate in a competitive process, requiring interested companies to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for feasibility studies. The full RFPs, including all specifications, terms, and conditions is available by sending an email to: [email protected]. All final bids must be received by SRC-LASeR through email by 4:00 p.m., Friday, September 6 , 2013 Beirut time and clearly marked “RFP-SRC-LASeR Feasibility Studies for the international higher eduction body”
