WILL-IRADA is a civic movement for political reform founded in 2015 by Lebanese from the diaspora and from Lebanon looking to put their passion for change, their expertise as well as their human and financial capital at the benefit of good governance in public policies and to become a platform for all civic-minded citizens. IRADA’s work is centered on three areas of intervention: public policies through proposition of governance reform in pressing public issues, citizenship through becoming the voice and the platform to all reform-minded citizens, and grassroots to disseminate its ideas and principles within various groups of society and build its constituency. IRADA is now constituting an executive team and is looking for a motivated, committed, and professional director of communication in charge of coordinating the external and internal communication of IRADA, more specifically:
 

Working closely with Irada’s departments: public policy, citizenship and grassroots to align communication strategy with each programme
Developing political content in collaboration with the public policy department as well as management with the help of copywriters
Producing and disseminating communication campaigns in line with each department’s strategic planning
Disseminating Irada’s content in media by leveraging own media network and possible support of PR agency
Managing Irada’s social media and website possibly with the support of a social media agency
Coordinating the production of a Web TV for Irada’s awareness campaigns; short films and other content
Managing agencies and vendors: PR, marketing agency, social media agency, copywriters, etc. 
Providing assistance and due diligence to secure the internal communication channels and procedures as agreed and adopted within Irada; this includes developing a newsletter and designing content to share information with Global Council
Keeping stock of all accounts and administrative management
Managing and motivating a communication team

 
Skills:

Experience in political communication
Strong network within the media community
High ethics
Good at managing multiple vendors
Strong experience in social media
Political experience
Strong skills is assessing and recommending crisis management insights.
Young age and diversity is a plus
