Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on balloon decoration tailored to a Women audience.
- Demonstrate various techniques such as balloon twisting, sculpting, and creating balloon arches and centerpieces.
- Prepare training materials and kits for each session.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support during practical sessions.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in balloon decoration.
- Manage inventory of materials needed for training purposes.
- Organize and coordinate training schedules and venue arrangements.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
