Request For Proposal (Rfp) For Provision Of Organizational Capacity Strengthening Services

The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment, economic recovery and development and education.

The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providing "Organizational Capacity Strengthening Services". The Request for proposal (RFP) containing invitation to tender, instructions to bidders, annexes, general & special conditions of the contract etc. for the service provider can be either collected from IRC Office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Near AUST University, above UPS, Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye from September 12, 2017 or requested by email at [email protected].

Contact person for RFP collection is Ms. Sabreen El Mawla. Office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm from Monday til Friday. The proposal must be submitted in the format of one sealed envelopes marked “IRC - Organizational Capacity Strengthening Services – Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal and hand delivered to the same address before 17:00 on September 22th, 2017.

No proposal shall be accepted after this time.
