Description:
Tasks and duties
- Collaborating with the media department manager, center's team, and program's team to develop and implement effective media strategies and plans.
- Creating engaging media content, including photos and videos, in accordance with organizational guidelines and timelines.
- Managing and organizing the storage of media materials for easy retrieval and future reference.
- Supporting fundraising campaigns through media coverage and promotion.
- Ensuring the proper maintenance and security of media office equipment.
- Capturing and documenting training session activities in coordination with the center's management.
- Assisting the media department manager in managing social media pages.
- Compiling regular media reports in coordination with the center's management.
- Performing additional assigned duties as required by the center's management and program's management, based on the individual's expertise and job position.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the key principles of safeguarding and working with adolescents and youth.
- Previous experience in training work and working within youth centers is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and strong internet navigation skills.
- Experience in charitable work and involvement with nonprofit organizations.
- Strong team spirit, ability to collaborate effectively, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Awareness and dedication to upholding humanitarian standards and values.
