Tasks and duties

  1. Collaborating with the media department manager, center's team, and program's team to develop and implement effective media strategies and plans.
  2. Creating engaging media content, including photos and videos, in accordance with organizational guidelines and timelines.
  3. Managing and organizing the storage of media materials for easy retrieval and future reference.
  4. Supporting fundraising campaigns through media coverage and promotion.
  5. Ensuring the proper maintenance and security of media office equipment.
  6. Capturing and documenting training session activities in coordination with the center's management.
  7. Assisting the media department manager in managing social media pages.
  8. Compiling regular media reports in coordination with the center's management.
  9. Performing additional assigned duties as required by the center's management and program's management, based on the individual's expertise and job position.



  • Familiarity with the key principles of safeguarding and working with adolescents and youth.
  • Previous experience in training work and working within youth centers is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and strong internet navigation skills.
  • Experience in charitable work and involvement with nonprofit organizations.
  • Strong team spirit, ability to collaborate effectively, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness and dedication to upholding humanitarian standards and values.
