Role and Responsibilities

To provide leadership and supervise the implementation of all community center activities

Manage day to day activities and coordinate logistics for the community center activities

Ensure that all center activities are in compliances with local laws IHR Code of Conduct

Ensure that all projects activities in the center follow the initial grants agreement

Prepare comprehensive monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports detailing the progress of projects in the Center, the challenges faced, and the achievements

Act as a budget holder for different activities in the center, and make sure all expenditures are in-line with budget allocation

Liaise with different projects personnel at the center level, developing and reviewing plans and the operational requirement to deliver requisite resources in a timely and cost-effective manner

Coordinate all activities within the center and ensure all activities have the tools, space, and resources necessary to carry out the activities

Actively contribute to the planning process of programs in collaboration with technical and finance departments

Develop comprehensive context analysis for the area of focus, and update it regularly based on changes in the context in order to be used as a base for planning interventions

Conduct a full stakeholder mapping for the area of intervention and design engagement plans with each of them

Plan and organize regular need assessments and actively participate in developing a need assessment framework and tools

Develop capacity building plans for center staff

Certify attendance records of center staff

Utilize available resources to support visits by donors and delegations in compliance with administrative instructions on official visits

Prepare and update the center’s monthly work plan in accordance with the grant agreement

Perform, as required, other tasks directed by the Programs Department
