INSAN Kitchen Lab
The installation of an Industrial kitchen and work stations for students, in addition to a small food storage in a 50square meter will be implemented on the 1st floor of a school building.
A group of 12 students and 2 cooking instructors will be working together in the space above.

The shortlisted companies should conduct a field visit followed by a proposition for possible layouts for the project with a full quoation of the total cost within 48 hours from the field visit.
