Procurement of Guarding Services #RSCTUME _GS_LE_062024#

ICMC is pleased to announce the release of a tender for the provision of Guarding Services. We invite qualified and experienced companies to submit their proposals for consideration in line with the requirements below.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive guarding services 24 hours per day  7 days per week to ensure the safety and security of ICMC premises, employees, and assets. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

  • Deployment of trained and qualified security personnel to designated offices and locations.
  • Conducting regular patrols and monitoring surveillance systems.
  • Familiar with security alarm system functionality, CCTV monitoring and Fire alarm system.
  • Inspection of packages using X-ray machine.
  • Inspection of refugees using metal detectors.
  • Assisting refugees, employees, visitors, and vendors as needed.
  • Enforcing access control measures and responding to security incidents.
  • Providing emergency response and crisis management support.
  • Maintaining accurate incident reports and communication logs.
  • Adhering to all relevant rules, policies, regulations, and organization’s standards.

BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Interested bidders are requested to submit their proposals in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Detailed company profile, including relevant experience and qualifications in providing guarding services.
  • Proposed methodology for fulfilling the requirements outlined in the scope of work.
  • Personnel qualifications, training programs, and staffing plan.
  • Pricing structure including the below:
    • Monthly rates for allocated guarding personnel x8 hours/shift/5 days/week (am, pm and night shifts)
    • Monthly rates for allocated guarding personnel x8 hours/shift/6 days/week (am, pm and night shifts)
    • Daily rate for allocated guarding personnel x 8 hours/shift.
    • Rates for over-time for both monthly and daily guarding personnel beyond 8 hours shifts.
    • Additional services, and any applicable taxes or fees.
  • Payment Methods and Terms
  • Valid licenses, certifications, and insurance coverage.
  • References from previous clients or projects.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME OF TENDER:

Bidders must submit their proposals to the Procurement Department addressed to [email protected] e-mail address, mentioning the project title and reference number in the email subject.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 21 June 2024 midnight Beirut Time. We anticipate awarding the contract by 15 July 2024 and expect the services to commence on 01 August 2024.

  • Pricing competitiveness and value for money.
