Long Term PHCC Subsidization Protocol (LPSP) Trainer

Humedica seeks a qualified "Long Term PHCC Subsidization Protocol (LPSP) Trainer" to enhance the capacity of supported Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCCs) staff and Humedica personnel on the innovative LPSP model within Primary Healthcare settings.

Trainer's Responsibilities:

• Developing comprehensive training agendas, objectives, and syllabi.
• Creating training materials and conducting training sessions in both Arabic and English.
• Delivering training programs in-person.
• Developing pre- and post-training questionnaires to assess participants' knowledge of the topic.
• Covering all facets of the LPSP model.
• Producing a report by the end of each training, summarizing the outcomes of the training sessions and discussing the results of the pre- and post-training assessments.

Training Details:

• Training sessions anticipate between 15-20 participants.
• Training will be conducted in Central Bekaa.
• Training must be conducted in May.
• Humedica will be responsible for the venue reservation.

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering LPSP training to PHCC staff and personnel of International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) supporting PHCCs.
• Required Documentation:
• Curriculum vitae (CV) of the facilitator.
• Financial proposal detailing pricing for training, offer validity, and payment terms.
• Brief training description outlining topics, agendas, proposed dates, number of facilitators, and learning objectives.
• Legal documents (e.g., Ministry of Finance registration, VAT registration, Commercial Circular).
• Recommendation letter for LPSP training from any other organization and MOPH.
