Who we are?
Ganatch manages solid waste to encourage households to recycle in Lebanon, support the recycling community, create employment and inspire active citizenship.
Our aim is to inspire our fellow citizens to tackle issues in their surrounding environment and contribute to their society through our mission of CARE, which stands for establishing a Community of volunteers, inspiring people to become Active citizens, promoting social Responsibility, and creating Employment opportunities to alleviate poverty and empower people with special needs.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual willing to take the initiative to learn about the recycling community in Lebanon and contribute to creating jobs through proper solid waste management practices. 
The Project Coordinator will be able to manage and lead a group of personnel to ensure efficient collection of recyclables throughout Beirut and Mount Lebanon with the aim of creating sustainable employment for individuals from underprivileged backgrounds. 
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration or Engineering. The job is contractual (6 months) and subject to extension based on performance. 
The candidate must have strong knowledge of areas in Beirut and Mount Lebanon and be able to secure her/his personal transportation.  
Main Duties:
. Manage collection and sorting process of recyclables. Organize and lead an efficient sorting process . Gather and report data on weight of recyclables collected and sorted. Liaise with households, businesses and drivers to ensure efficient collection and distribution of recyclables. Prepare daily schedule and logistics. Ensure efficient space utilization. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on collection and distribution. Apply optimal operational policies and procedures. Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security. Plan work schedules, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
