The Executive Assistant is responsible for the office management of the Foundation’s projects and has to perform the following exemplary tasks:
Office Management: Organize procedures and functioning of the FNF Beirut Office, Manage (monitoring, coordination, advancing) special administrative proceedings with state authorities, insurances, German Embassy, service providers (IT support, maintenance etc.) and other
Assistance to Webpage and FNF Social Media Presence: Help FNF colleagues updating the website and manage posts on Social Media Channels (Facebook and Twitter)
Assistance in Financial Administration: Provide assistance to finance / accountancy department during preparation, implementation and follow up of activities
Assistance to FNF Activities: Provide assistance to the project management team during preparation, implementation and follow up of conferences, seminars, workshops, publications and other activities
Secretarial Tasks: Coordinate all secretarial tasks including internal and external correspondence
We expect candidates to have solid professional and/or academic knowledge in the above mentioned fields. Previous work experience is an asset. Candidates have to be fluent in English and Arabic, a certain command of German is appreciated.
Very important: We are looking for a person with accuracy and reliability. Candidates have to be computer-literate and should have strong communicative skills.
Depending on the personal situation, candidates should preferably be able to take up the position as of April, 1st 2017.
