It has partnered with the World Bank Group to design and implement the Skilling Up Mashreq (SUM) initiative across Lebanon. It supports the new generation of educational programs in testing and developing their curriculum, sourcing participants and scaling. The BDD Academy supported by the World Bank, UNICEF and other key donors is managing several strategic projects that aim to develop talent to work in the digital and creative sector.

The project is composed of the design and development of an online platform for micro-credentials to enhance access to employability and intermediation services, skills and job matching, and private sector linking within the digital economy for youth. The platform vision, strategy and roadmap will be determined during a product design phase that will involve different types of stakeholders

The BDD Talent Development Hub is looking for a Training Coordinator to support in the implementation of an 8-month project. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of the grant’s activities and operations to achieve the intended objective. At the same time, he/she will support the team in coordinating all activities related to building a sustainable model beyond the 11-month implementation time frame of the grant.
