Request for Quotation - Production of 2 TV Spots and Unipole Campaign

Fiftyfifty is a Lebanese NGO involving women and men, aiming at promoting gender equality in private and public sectors, focusing mainly on political decision-making positions.

 

The campaign will consist of:

  • Two television spots to be broadcasted on 1 or 2 national TVs in the period leading up to the elections in May 2024.
  • Unipoles campaign (in support of the TV campaign) as a larger awareness impact.

 

The primary goal of this campaign is to emphasize the significance of the female municipal quota law and the importance of women's participation in politics.

 

Project Scope: The selected agency will be responsible for the conceptualization, production, and delivery of two high-quality TV spots. The TV spots should effectively communicate the importance of a female municipal quota and highlight the positive impact of women's involvement in politics. The duration of each TV spot should not exceed 30 seconds. In addition to the printing and installation of Unipoles billboard which will be mostly positioned on building rooftops with visuals related to the quota (i.e., Call to action, hashtags…).

 

Scope of Work:

  1. Television Spots:
    • Develop two impactful TV spots (30 seconds each) focusing on the importance of the female municipal quota and women's involvement in politics.
    • Ensure that the content aligns with our objectives and resonates with the target audience.
    • Provide options for airing on 1 or 2 national television channels.
  2. Unipoles Campaign:
    • Design and deploy Unipoles with visuals supporting the TV campaign, emphasizing the female municipal quota.
    • Strategically place Unipoles primarily on rooftops for maximum visibility.
    • Propose the number and locations for Unipoles to achieve a broader awareness impact.

Timeline:

  • Campaign launch: March 2024
  • Campaign end: May 2024

  2. Highlight the role of women in politics and the positive outcomes of increased female participation.
  3. Encourage viewers to support and advocate for gender equality in municipal leadership and political spheres.

Submission Requirements: 

Interested agencies are invited to submit the following documents:

  1. Concept Proposal: A detailed proposal outlining the creative concept, production plan (including monitoring of the TV spots appearance on TV Stations), and execution strategy for the TV spots and Unipoles campaign. 
  2. Quotation: A detailed breakdown of costs, including pre-production, production, post-production, and any additional expenses.
  3. Portfolio: Portfolio showcasing relevant previous work or similar tv spots that demonstrate your agency's capabilities in conveying social messages effectively.
  4. Timeline: Provide an estimated timeline for project completion, including key milestones.

Evaluation Criteria: The selection of the agency will be based on the following criteria:

  2. Demonstrated experience in producing impactful social message campaigns.
  3. Cost-effectiveness of the quotation.
  4. Adherence to the submission deadline.

Note:

  • Fiftyfifty reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and to negotiate terms and conditions with the selected agency.
  • Quoted prices must be in USD, exclusive of VAT and should include a breakdown of the price: base price per item, transportation fees per location, any other fees.
