Operations Supervisor
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial position, including procurement and budget management, human resources, and supervision.
• Management experience must include work with police or military training programs, knowledge of local government protocols, and managing activities of high-level

• Manage travel, lodging, and transportation for personnel, contractors, and instructional staff in Lebanon.
• Monitor program efficiency and report to the Program Manager (PM), ensuring effective service delivery.
• Attend meetings with government and program representatives, providing interpretation and translation as needed.
• Draft and translate diplomatic documents between English and Arabic.
• Coordinate logistics and documentation for training programs, including course funding and participation letters.
• Handle Leahy Vetting policy and security checks for training participants in collaboration with embassy staff.
• Prepare management reports and schedules for PM and other stakeholders.
• Oversee security for property and personnel, coordinating equipment shipment and country clearances.
• Submit and monitor procurement requisitions for training materials and supplies.

• Coordinate participant medical exams and travel for VIP delegations to the U.S.
• Manage logistics for training events, including hotel reservations, equipment shipments, and supply orders.
• Develop logistical plans and draft complex diplomatic documents for approval.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
