Major Responsibilities:

    • Script, edit and produce video, and other audio-visual pieces for FEMALE as needed.
    • Edit and produce video and other audio-visual pieces for FEMALE as needed (Experience with software for photography editing, video and graphic design)
    • Collect videos, photos and audio interviews during FEMALE’s events and activities and when assigned by the management
    • Create multimedia content for social media and visibility items designs
    • Support in providing editorial guidance, ensuring messages conveyed through audio-visual products are sharp, compelling and current
    • Support in identifying the best potential creative production partners, and maximize the quality of execution
    • All material produced must be done so in accordance with FEMALE’s informed consent principles, communication guidelines, and protection policies – approved by the audiovisual coordinator.
    • Archive and organize all raw footage of videos and photos captured, on a monthly basis to one common big physical Hard Disk.
    • Ensures compliance with FEMALE’s code of conduct, and gender and child protection policies.
    • Demonstrate excellent creative, design and artistic skills.
    • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
    • Tests all equipment to determine the technical quality of recording, audio, and lighting prior to production
    • Conduct research and come up with creative ideas for audio-visual production
    • Create video content for social media and visibility items designs
    • Attend and contribute to the meeting every three months with the audiovisual team and the Digital Media Marketing Coordinator, to discuss suggestions for improvements and adjustments in visibility and content.
    • Attend and contribute to the audiovisual team’s monthly meeting to suggest new ideas for creative content
    • Creating & maintaining a list of freelancers (including designers, editors, content creators, animators, voice-over artists, etc.).

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience with editing softwares ( Adobe Premiere)
  • Knowledge of gender and familiarity with human rights and feminist work approaches
  • Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English is mandatory
  • Excellent skills in time management and problem-solving
