As part of its efforts to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSME), the EBRD has created the Know How Academy. It is an online crisis management knowledge and information hub designed specifically for the small and micro enterprises that need practical assistance now to manage the impact of the crisis. This initiative was launched in 30 economies where the EBRD operates.

This online platform provides interactive training, videos from sector experts and vital country-specific information about resources for MSMEs provided by governments and local banks. It includes five modules that focus on: Customers and suppliers; Financial management essentials; Financing your firm; Your staff: your key asset and Management and leadership challenges. The resources on the platform also includes resources developed by leading business consultancies such as EY and PwC. It is entirely free to use.
