Finance and Admin Officer in SAIDA
The position of Finance and Admin Officer would require the following qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Accounting and Finance
Two to Three years experience in a similar field (coffee shop, restaurant....)
Good English communication skills (written, verbal and spoken)
Attention to details
Organized, takes initiative and can multi-task
Flexible and able to adapt with changes
In SAIDA and its surrounding
Required Behaviours:

Able to solve problems and propose solutions
Job requirements/ Job Description:
- Cash Management and keep accurate and up to date records of expenses and receipts
- Bank Reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies
- Invoices handling and Payments
- Cost accounting
- Budget management and forecasting
- Compliance with international accounting standards
- Manage procurement, including suppliers contacts and KPIs
- Office admin support (booking and preparing for meetings and events, preparing and organizing business trips ….)
