DOTLebanon is seeking a Psychologist who will be providing psychological support and counseling services to beneficiaries. The selected candidate will focus on addressing the mental health and psychosocial needs of project participants to enhance their overall well-being and empower them for successful engagement.

Assess the needs of the targeted beneficiaries and conduct psychosocial assessments of project beneficiaries to identify their mental health needs and challenges (on the cognitive, behavioral, emotional levels)
Use relevant psychological tests and assessment instruments as needed
Develop the needed action and  treatment plan following the needs assessment and assign the right time frame for each 
Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address beneficiaries' emotional and psychological issues
Provide feedback beneficiaries progress after each psychological session to contribute to the case management process, while maintaining strict confidentiality
Coordinate and support the Case Manager and Protection Manager in developing action plan
Provide Psychological First Aid training for staff and project’s team when needed. 
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions
Offer support and coping strategies for stress, anxiety, trauma, and related concerns
Refer special cases when needed to specialized agencies (according to Protection working group minimum standards and SOPs)
Make referrals to external mental health services as needed (while coordinating with the  case manager)
Submit needed operational and financial documentation/reports and/or information in regards to the implementation, reporting of the program
Ensure regular coordination with the Protection Coordinator on weekly field visits, constraints, successes, recommendations, etc..
Undertake other duties assigned by the Program Manager and DOTLebanon Country Director
