Business Development Assistant
DOTLebanon is seeking a dedicated and motivated Business Development Assistant who will play a significant role in supporting DOTLebanon’s business coaches in guiding SMEs and Nano-business owners by equipping them with skills, knowledge, and strategies needed to thrive in their sectors.
Assist in helping entrepreneur refine their skills and strategies
Support the project team in ensuring effective implementation is taking place
Assist entrepreneurs in reviewing their business plans while providing constructive support
Support in developing comprehensive business plans and concept notes that support the creation of income-generating activities
Help entrepreneurs in creating strategies that ensure the long-term sustainability of their businesses
Support in providing guidance on financial management practices, including budgeting, expense tracking, pricing strategies, and managing cash flow
Support entrepreneurs on effective marketing techniques, including branding, online presence, social media strategies, and customer engagement
Participate in assessing entrepreneurs and support them in developing and leading their products or services
Provide support in identifying challenges faced by entrepreneurs and guide them in finding innovative solutions
Participate in regular project meetings, sharing insights and updates to foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
Help entrepreneurs explore opportunities for their products or services to enter new markets
Assist entrepreneurs in understanding legal and regulatory requirements related to their businesses, ensuring compliance.
Support monitoring and evaluation teams to assess the social and economic impact of the supported businesses on the community
Stay updated on industry trends, business models, and best practices to provide relevant and effective coaching to entrepreneurs.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Mainly field visits
