Deutsche Welle Akademie is on a regional project funded by the German Federal Foreign Office where media professionals, civil society actors and women in public life are strengthened through exchange, networking and practical skills to fight gender-specific disinformation and digital violence.
The project focuses on the role of media and the potential of sector-specific approaches. A transnational interdisciplinary approach with local and regional media representatives and media professionals examines the role of media, develops concrete concepts and elaborates on existing solutions.
