Hr Management Consultant

Dawlaty is looking for an HR/management consultant with experience working with smallnonprofit organizations on policy, tools and systems building as well as capacity building ofstaff at different levels of management. The consultant should also have experience withmanagement of teams that works across multiple sites and countries. The consultant shouldwork with the management and HR staff, as well as consult Dawlaty's HQ & field staff, toassess needs and develop action plan to address relevant needs, including points listedbelow:
. Review organigram and support management to clarify roles, responsibilities and lines of authority. Review Dawlaty's HR policies and work with HR & management to identify and fill gaps, including developing of promotions policy, staff performance policy, complaints, capacity building policy. Review and update staff performance evaluation tools and systems, provide training for team, supervisors and supervisees on goal setting, follow-up, responsibility/authority/accountability. Develop conflict resolution mechanisms and tools, training on conflict resolution for HR and key staff members. Develop remote management support and follow-up tools
Deliverables:. Needs assessment and action plan. Updated organigram with responsibility/authority scheme. Updated policy manual, with draft new policies. New tools and mechanisms. Training report
