DCA aims to save lives and build resilience within communities in Lebanon that need support through the provision of protection services, basic assistance, and livelihoods support, among other sectoral interventions. DCA clears landmines and other explosive remnants of war to reduce safety risks and release of land to the population for improved socio-economic development. In all aspects of its programming, DCA Lebanon prioritizes working with local and national Lebanese organizations

DCA is currently working on supporting the displaced people in Lebanon, be securing their need of core relief items in addition to Food parcels and Hot meals.

 

How to apply

Kindly find enclosed the Tender Dossier in which you can see all the details. If you are interested, please fill the sections needed to be filled in the dossier, sign, and stamp all the pages and send it back to the below email before the closing date 29th of Oct 2024 by Midnight.

Please make sure to consider the below points when applying:

1-Tenders shall be submitted by one of the below two options:

  • In a sealed envelope bearing the following information:

2-Any quotation received after closing date will be disqualified.

3-The bidder should sign and stamp all the pages in the attached dossier (Code of
conducts and Annexes)

The tenderer shall complete and submit the following documents along with the tender:

  1. Technical Data Form (Annex 1) with supporting documents
  2. Tender Submission Form (Annex 2)
  3. Description of the Company and previous experience delivering large scale freshly cooked meals
  4. Example of a 7-day meal plan/menu, including pictures if possible
  5. List of address(es) with pick up points. If instructions for pick up is necessary, supplier will share if winner of a contract
  6. CV of the Head Cheff / Kitchen Manager
  7. Pictures of the kitchen / food preparations areas
  8. Pesticide Certificate
  9. Proof of registration with the Ministry of Health
  10. VAT registration Certificate
  11. ISO 22000 Certificate, if available
