Bds Specialist
The program focuses on establishing networks in rural areas and training beneficiaries in becoming self-employed.
The BDS Specialist will handle mainly the following tasks:
Oversee the beneficiary selection process; adapting to meet regional targets by working through established structures and in coordination with other program components and the private sector
Train Field Officers to perform their duties
Conduct the prequalification process for BDS training institutions
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure access and support for program activities
Establish the grants adjudication process and provide oversight to ensure it operates transparently
Position requirements:
University Graduate in relevant filed
Min 3 years proven experience in managing field staff and working with the private sector.
English language is a must
Computer literacy
