With funds from the embassy of Finland, the municipality of Mazboud and CHF would like to request offers to procure one pickup (Zero KM-brand new) with minimum loading capacity of 3 tons. Please provide the price offer including all specification of the pickup: engine, cabin, deck, length, width, height, wheels size, chassis type, brakes, model, source and origin of the pickup, paint must be corrosion resistance, year of manufacturing, warranty, and availability in stock in Lebanon (delivery time).

Please also provide a catalog for the pickup.

Please also provide a separate price for installing a tipper on the pickup.

Requesting price offers to procure a conveyor belt for solid waste sorting

Funded by the Finland Embassy in Lebanon, CHF/Lebanon and the municipality of Mazboud are requesting price offers to procure a conveyor belt for solid waste sorting as per the below specifications. Offers must be submitted before 1:00 PM on Monday March 26, 2018 at the following addresses: [email protected]; and/or CHF office in Beirut: kraytem area, Itani Street, Nakhleh Building 8^th floor. Offers must be complete with a list of references and past experience in similar works in Lebanon; and also preliminary design. Delivery and installation time should be less than 30 days from the date of approval.

NB: price offer must include transportation, installation, and training in Mazboud village (Iqlim Al Kharroub).

Drive station: Disposes of a mechanized cylinder, arched and covered with a rhombic rubber in order to prevent the slipping and displacement of the belt.

Forwarding station: Disposes diameter, arched, in order to prevent the slipping and displacement of the belt.

Take-up station: Disposes diameter, arched, in order to prevent the slipping and displacement of the belt.

Carrier rollers:

Superior area :Carrier rollers "straight idler" every 100-120 cm with sliding bed in between

Inferior area :Carrier rollers with supporting rings every 2 m on average

Height of lateral walls :minimum 100 mm

The Conveyors shall be brand new, unused, un-refurbished, and manufactured in year 2018 or newer.

The assembly of the conveyors shall have a maximum rigidity while ensuring easy access for maintenance of mechanical parts. The main frame and chassis shall be made of minimum 3mm angular tubes covered with a body made minimum of 3mm metal sheet. The sliding beds shall be made as well of 3mm metal sheets, designed in a way to prevent the accumulation of waste under the belt.

The conveyors shall include lateral edges for retaining waste and avoiding infiltration and leakage of waste and leachate, and to ensure sealing of the conveyors.

Painting:

Primer: 2 primer coat

Layer thickness: 40 µm dry layer thickness

Top coat: 2 coat

Layer thickness: 40 µm dry layer thickness

Total layer thickness: min. 80 µm dry layer thickness
