Regional Assistant
Ensuring that the regional actions correspond with the central strategy and activities. Assisting CCER’s regional coordinator in strengthening the structure of the committee already in place. Implementing the regional action plan and activities. Assisting CCER’s regional coordinator in setting a plan for enlarging the existing committees and establishing new committees in other areas, and guiding the development of action plans. Assisting CCER’s regional coordinator in organizing Town Hall meetings in the districts of key lawmakers and political leaders to facilitate direct engagement between legislators and their constituents on electoral reform issues. Assisting CCER’s regional coordinator in conducting regional meetings between the MPs and their own constituencies.2.ADMINSTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: To Work under the direct supervision of the CCER regional coordinator. To prepare periodic progress reports. To create and to maintain a database, in coordination with other staff.3. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: BA in Political Science or any related major. Good Knowledge of languages (Arabic, English, and French is a plus). IT literacy in Word, Excel, e-mail, internet and PowerPoint. Good reporting skills.
