Caritas Switzerland is seeking a qualified trainer for the Facilitation of a Partnership Workshop.

Dates: 28 – 29 August 2024 (disclaimer: If the agencies decide to not hold the workshop in Beirut due to the security situation, the workshop will be cancelled)
Location: Beirut

The facilitator is expected to: 

• Propose useful tools to achieve the workshop goals
• Guide the participants through the two days, keeping the group within the parameters of the time and topic
• Maintain an atmosphere where everyone is having the opportunity to speak up and contribute
• Maintain utmost discretion and do not share any information outside the relevant meeting spaces

Desired Profile:

• Experienced Workshop Facilitator
• Sector relevant training / certificates from the Partnering Initiative, the Partnership brokers association or others that demonstrate continued learning
• Ability to navigate tough conversations
• Able to control the time and discussion points in a respectful manner
• Demonstrated mediation background is extremely desirable
• The Mediator is totally neutral and without bias or prejudice to any party. S/he does not act as an advocate for any party
