KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Petty Cash
- The Finance Assistant will be responsible for making the cash payments to suppliers of goods and services in the surrounding of Wadi Nahle. These payments should be made in the office, however under certain circumstances the Cashier may need to travel to the suppliers or beneficiaries to make payments.
- The Finance Assistant will be responsible for managing the petit cash; keeping updated hard and soft copies of the petit cash ledger and carrying out a daily consolidation of petit cash to be approved by the project coordinator. A Monthly consolidation should be prepared by the finance assistant at the end of each month.
- The Finance Assistant will be responsible of preparing the financial report on monthly basis.
Financial Achieving
- The Financial Assistant (Cashier) will be responsible in the achieving of financial documents. This will include Scanning of financial documents and ensuring all files are up to date and complete.
